  • I would give less stars if I could....reserved a room almost a yr. ago & when we arrived they sold our room because they called us & said our credit card was declined.(1st off we got no call, 2nd our credit card never got declined because we came prepared for our trip) They sold out their rooms so we had to find a last minute room. For all the traveling we do & the various Wyndham's we always stay at this was the worst in service. What's bad about this whole experience is that they made it seem it was all our fault & they did not take responsibility, no sorry, or anything! After yrs of staying here our group will never be staying here again thanks to the unprofessionalism of Alex(the manager)
