  • From beginning to end, overall a smooth process. Arely was our sales associate and she was great. No high pressure funny business here, she was very accommodating and allowed us to sit and look at catalogues while checking in to make sure we were okay unlike other furniture places around town that would hound us around and corner us to buy. She also made the purchase process very pleasant and explained things appropriately, answering any question I had with ease. The couches we selected from the catalog are beautiful and probably even better than I imagined! You can never be too sure ordering an item you've never seen based on the picture in the catalogue but I am completely satisfied!
