  • Don't call to make an appointment! They'll send you home either way. I called to make my mom an appointment to do highlights when I went in. The stylist said my mom had "too much hair" and that "she wouldn't have time". Um that's the exact point why I make the appointment so you would have time? AWFUL SERVICE!
