| - I have never had good luck with dentists! I've dealt with rude dentists, dentists that don't speak to you, dentists that will tell you that you need completely unnecessary (and expensive) work.... So when I needed a new dentist after moving here, I didn't know what to expect.
The first time I walked in, I was greeted by the nicest front desk staff. They had big smiles, authentic, warm personalities, and apologized for making me wait (I was waiting maybe two or three minutes). I knew I was in the right place. I had to get a replacement crown and a few cavities filled, so I had to make a couple trips. Everyone here is so amazing - my hygienist (who I will always request for future appointments) was Lin. She is the NICEST person ever and really good at her job! My favorite dentist is Dr. Han. He's only there a few days out of the week, so I recommend you make an appointment when he's there - he's friendly and has a sense of humor - and most importantly, gets in and out of your mouth quickly and as painlessly as possible. The few times he could sense my mouth was getting sensitive, he apologized and assured me we were almost done. I really love Dr. Han!
For the kids, they have no problem playing a disney movie. Both times I was in there, all the kids seemed fine, even happy, with being at the dentist. They make it a fun place to be and the atmosphere is just warm and positive. They will find a way to work with you financially (they let me split my copay in half which was helpful), and they always keep you informed...if you need more work than they initially thought, they're going to let you know before they start.
If you're looking for a great dentist, seriously, look no further. This dentist is completely out of my way, but so worth the drive. As long as I live in Vegas, I won't go to any other dentist.
