  • I trekked over to 7th Street Market on a Tuesday just before noon to try the sushi burrito at Bonsai Fusion that I've read so much about. Just before noon, there were only 2 people ahead of me waiting for food and tables available inside. By 12:15, it had gotten quite a bit busier. I ordered my sushi burrito and took a seat. It was delivered to my table in about 10 minutes with a scoop of wasabi and some pickled ginger. This "burrito" was delicious. It was packed full of tuna and veggies - the flavors blended nicely and the wasabi and soy sauce complemented the giant sushi roll well. It was more than enough for a meal - I left feeling quite full. Overall, wonderful experience!
