I walked into the upscale burger joint and was impressed at the large layout, burger choices, televisions, and draught beer selection. However, the first burger I got was so undercooked, it was red on the outside. So, I showed the waiter and his eyes opened wide and said, 'wow, that is very rare, let's redo that.' The next burger I got was burnt on the outside and red on the inside. I didn't make a big stink about it, I just paid the bill and walked out with no plan to ever return.
