  • Excellent product quality and service. We bought an umbrella from Paddy O' Furniture a few years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the fabric durability under the blazing Arizona sun. However, it's not the fabric that will make us returning customers it's the exceptional customer service. We had a small issue with our umbrella base and the team at Paddy O' were extremely professional and prompt in replacing the base. In today's business environment there are many "online" choices however when something goes wrong will those same companies extend a high level of customer care and service. A big thank you to Nancy, Dan and the entire team at Paddy O' Furniture for making me a raving fan of your product and company.
