  • This guy is a "Crook"! His commercials say he pays top price for old gold, and then he has a 30 day guarantee, I sold him my old gold, three months later the price of gold went up, and no call from his company. I called him after 3 months and he finally sent me the difference of the gold price. If i did not contact him, I would have never got the 30 day guarantee pay back. I took a beautiful diamond men's ring to his store, i had appraisal paper that stated it was worth $10,000, his store did not even want to look at the appraisal, they pushed it aside and Sadat"That is someones own opinion". They then said let me put your ring on consignment, maybe we can get $1500 for it. Well 3 months went buy, no call from them, so i went to their store to get back my ring, the lady went into a closet in the back room and got it out, it was not even in the showcase. They thought I would give up waiting for someone to buy it so they could buy it from me for $1500 and make more money on it selling for a lot more money. When I got my ring back I took it to two pawn shops ,one offered me $3000, and another pawn shop offered me $3,500, and I took it. How about that? I got more money for my ring at a "Pawn Shop" Stay away from Michael E. Minden's store, his add says" He is honest and accurate" NO WAY with this guy!
