  • the hotel and the room might be beautiful BUT the security service at this hotel SUCK! NOT only they talk smart ass to their hotel guest, they even show they dont care about their hotel guest safety and crime inside their property. I recently visited this hotel and park my car at self parking. Someone hit and run my car and I was seekig for assistant with their parking lot security. One thing they said "we cant help you" "you park at your own risk and we do not have camera all over the parking lot". not even a "sorry" on their vocabulary. they said to me "shit happen, unfortunately" this is what I got from their security. and when I asked them "what if someone got rape on your parking lot?" they reply " that would be very unfortunate" and he said it with a smile. This js how terrible their service and their security.
