  • Shocked at the service I received from Janet in the office yesterday. Had my application complete and was ready to move in. She could care less. The quotes were not what she stated the day before, apartments she stated one day were not available the next day. When I asked questions, it was like I was bothering her. Prices on application not what she verbally stated and she said application was probably not updated. Bad vibe. Left and signed with another awesome, friendly, great customer service apartment complex. Your loss North Mountain. Great view, poor customer service.
