  • Incompetent employees incapable of making eye contact or use phrases such as "can I help you." I literally had to ask three women who was taking my order. After receiving blank stares, I asked "who do I talk to to make my order." "Any of us," one responds (all were leaning against the back counter). I coaxed one of them into making eye contact and motioned for her to step up to the cash register. I ordered my food as well as some drinks. Low and behold, they'd run out of coffee. Don't go here. Take an Uber to a Starbucks. It's cheaper, you'll have better service and less of a wait.
