BUYER BEWARE! FRAUDULENT PRACTICES, BE SURE TO READ. I attended this gym from November 2016-March 2017. In March I gave 30 days written in person notice that I wanted to cancel my services. I find out they've continued charging me $150/month since March for personal training sessions! I am now at over $1200 worth of charges. I went in, there was no manager. Apparently he is only there for three hours on Monday. The billing woman was a nasty human being who had zero people skills and only blamed me, not their shady borderline fraudulent business practices.
So what happened was when I went in, they only cancelled my membership but not the personal training sessions. They claim that the services are under two different accounts (I was never told this initially and never mind the absurdity of creating two separate accounts that need to be cancelled separately). Initially they said it was my responsibility to inform them that I have two accounts that need to be cancelled, but they eventually acknowledged that the employee should have checked that all accounts were closed out. I went to the BBB and we are in that process. They are offering a one year free membership to their crappy loud dirty nasty gym, which I declined because I hated the gym. I want my money back. This company has walked away with $1200 of MY MONEY and they are only blaming me.
