  • 5 stars is not nearly enough! I was treated with such kindness and professionalism from the moment I walked in the door. The young lady at the desk (I forgot her name) was so kind and made me feel at ease leaving my car there and assured me they would have it repaired and it will be like new. Then I met Tyler, he was assigned to my "case" and was he ON IT! We walked around my car so I could point out the damage (caused by a hit and run) and then explained what would potentially be replaced and how once the bumper was removed they would make sure that nothing beyond that was damaged. He asked if there were any lights that came on on the dash and I told him the air bag light is on and he told me they would do a complete inspection as sometimes even the slightest of bumps can cause electrical to get out of whack. He called me as promised with updated on my car and when the car was done, I picked it up and was so impressed....They cleaned it, washed it and fixed the airbag light. The bumper does look like new and I could not be more thrilled. Tyler and the Service King Team....YOU ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
