  • Stopped by this store to buy a new nook. Not one staff member came over to the nook area to assist me, even after I requested assistance. Requested a second page and requested the manager paged. Insincere apologies were given, when an employee finally showed up. Turns out the nook glow light does not have room for my memory chip. Did not purchase anything.
