  • I live in Washington D.C. and was visiting my parents in Scottsdale, AZ. The frame for my WP glasses recently broke and I hadn't had the time to bring them into the Washington D.C. store. I was taken care of immediately and every single associate that I spoke to was kind and helpful. Upon explaining my situation to the manager, she went to the back and got a new pair of frames. Within minutes, the optician had swapped out my lenses and given me a full adjustment with the new frames. I really cannot exaggerate how great the customer service was at this WP location.
