| - We hired Grayson South when we moved into Bridgemill last year. When I called several companies for quotes, Mike Neese got back to me quickly, gave us very thorough information on our lawn and the area, and told us that several other people on our street use them as well. We bought the act, hook, line & sinker. We spent several thousand dollars having them install irrigation and getting our lawn in good shape, and then agreed to use them for our regular lawn service as well. It was only a month after the big project was completed (after we spent the bulk amount of money with them) that both Mike and Grayson became completely unresponsive. After several months of trying to find out when our lawn was going to be serviced and never getting an answer our frustration continued to mount. As we meet more neighbors in our area and the conversation turns to lawn care, we've heard nothing but poor reviews of Grayson. Everyone says the same thing: when you first contact them they seem awesome, especially if you have a big project. After that they become impossible to reach or work with, but always manage to charge you. The final straw for us has been that the irrigation system they installed does not work and was improperly winterized by Grayson. We have contacted Grayson so very many times about this and they would not respond. So not only did they not show to service our lawn as scheduled on many occasions, while charging us, but now they also will not do anything about the new irrigation system that they broke. We finally had another company come out to fix the irrigation issues and start getting our property back in order after the neglect from Grayson. All of our Bridgemill neighbors who have told us about bad experiences with Grayson were right. It's a shame because we really thought we liked Mike when we started working with them, but it's turned into a horror story for us.
