Had an appointment yesterday to get my hair cut short. I was denied service by the employee who was supposed to do my hair because I had "thick". Hair and he wasn't comfortable styling it. As much as I appreciate him not screwing my hair, what is Regis doing hiring ppl who don't know how to cut hair ? I was pissed because I have a 9 month old and a toddler and going for a haircut finally was something I was looking forward To and was bummed at being denied the service. I don't think I am going to Regis ever after a crappy service such as that and the sad part is I had always loved this place for haircuts; just left a bad taste that they hired someone that couldn't do their job and that I had to suffer the consequences of wasted time and disappointment of going home without a new style.
