  • The last time I gave my feedback was a 1 star out of 5 due to the inconvenience I've experienced with a lady named Ericka. I even said I won't be coming back to this store ever again. Yesterday, I've been looking around for a screen protector for the new Note 4 and couldn't find any. A friend said there's one at this store. I went to purchase online and chose for the item to be picked up on the same day. I went around 6pm and this lady named Gemma helped me with my order only to realize that the item was purchased at the boulevard mall and not in this store. My fault! Instead of having me go to the mall, Gemma was so kind to helped me out with the order and even gave me a free installation of the screen protector. She's very helpful despite of being busy training a newbie in the team. If only there's a lot of customer service agent like Gemma in this store, I'm sure they will receive at least 4.5 rating at Yelp. I was very glad to have been helped by this hardworking and friendly lady.
