  • SGI is, literally, the worst company that I have ever dealth with. Sure, other companies can be major screw ups or have poor customer service but my experience with SGI is that they are a company that is untrustworthy, unethical and immoral to their core. The staff I dealt with compulsively lied saying multiple vendors were trying to reach me and I wasn't calling them back (my call logs prove otherwise). They tried to dismiss and and deny that there were expensive, major water leaks on the property but my recordings of their own plumbers' assessments prove otherwise. The fact that I had to resort to recording and documenting any interaction that I had with them should speak volumes to you. There are plenty of other properties and management companies out there. RUN, do not walk, away from this dirty company.
