  • I am not a big breakfast eater, but Bistro 57 might just change that. Today I had the BEST breakfast I have had in years. The Steak and egg breakfast was sublime. The steak;though thin was cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. The over easy eggs also perfect and the hash browns where a delightful combination of onions, black pepper and a hearty potatoes. Breakfast was also served with toast... ahh the toast. I am not sure what kind of bread it was but it downright delicious. The texture was crisp yet chewy with a delightful flavor and consistency. The toast was perfect for dipping in my over easy eggs and even better with just a smear of jam. I rarely give 5 star ratings, but the food service and atmosphere of Bistro 57 deserve it.
