| - The casino looks nice, the remodeled area was done nicely, however the improved look of the place does not mean much when the management is dismal. During a thunderstorm last evening, electricity was partially knocked off. The lights were on. Most of the casino had full electricity, but the newly remodeled area slot machines, 13 or 14 banks of them, and the craps/ Roulette machine which seats a dozen or so people all turned off. OFF... black screens. We all had money in, so we were stuck there. NOT ONE SINGLE person from the casino approached us. NO announcements. NO "I'm so sorry, we are working on it", NOTHING. We were not aware at the time there was even a storm outside. So, after about 15 minutes my husband went looking for SOMEONE to talk to about it. He approached a half dozen or more employees who all said it wasn't their job and nobody told them anything. He told them they needed to talk to the people who had money in the machines and assure them they wouldn't be losing their cash and that the least they could do was apologize and comp a drink or food. Another hour later, a cocktail waitress came by our table and took drink orders. Then about twenty minutes after that, someone came through to work on the machines. NOT ONE person there apologized, informed us of anything going on or in any way cared enough to make a customer more comfortable with the situation. When we got our money back, we shot over to Talking Stick. A bit more professional and much better customer service.
