  • I thought that this would be the perfect day spa for me to go to for my massages and facials as I try to get at least one service a month. However, due to a big surprise it is almost impossible to book an appointment with this place. The first time I booked an appointment, it was with a Groupon special. The day before my service I did not get a confirmation call so I was already suspicious of my appointment. So the morning of my service, I called and asked if I was still scheduled, and I was told they do not see my appointment on "the books." Then I got a call later saying they can get me in today, but by that time I was too frustrated. I didn't want to waste my Groupon so I called a few weeks later and got my 90 minutes massage. It was fine, nothing spectacular and nothing to complain about except they don't have actual rooms that have walls all the way to the ceiling so while the staff talks among themselves, you can hear everything. I bought 2 other groupons as well, for my mom and my sister for the 90 minutes specialty massage. After they went to get their massages they told me that their services were cut short. Before my sister's massage, she was told (and mind you, they arrived on time and it took forever for the massage therapist to bring them back) "we are running late and so your massage will be less than 60 minutes." How can you cut an appointment short because you are running late, how is that fair for the client? Especially by more than 30 minutes? The booking was for the 90 minutes specialty massage. That's a big fail right there. Anyways, I still gave them a chance, and please don't ask me why, because at this point, I know now that it's a mistake I gave them another chance. I saw a few specials in June so I bought 3 of the $79, 3-hours spa day they are having, and God forbid I cannot get a booking. I called and booked it with a manager and of course when I tried to confirm it a few weeks later, it magically "wasn't on the books." I e-mailed to have it booked again, no response, I called, no one picks up, in a blue moon they will pick up the phone so you can actually converse with a live person. However, I get e-mails almost daily on their specials, but no responses on current bookings? I am definitely getting a run for my money, aren't I? So I had to leave a message this week. We will see if I get a call back, I am demanding a refund because this is extremely poor service and unprofessional. Why do I, as a client, have to do the runaround for a massage or facial booking? And no don't tell me to "book online" that's for your own convenience. The reason why I can't book online is because I want to request it for 3 people with all female massage therapists but that seems like impossible as well. I have already paid for the specials online by Paypal because I thought it would be easier for them to book my appointments, but apparently not. What a nightmare of a place to go to as if it will "relax" you like they claim it does.
