  • The best! I'm a local who's lucky to have this gem in my neighborhood! Everything on the menu is good, but they are probably best known for the short rib grilled cheese and the pork belly bao. I like the Fat Rice. It's not on the menu but ask for it. Pork Belly and two eggs on a bed of rice. Delicious and filling! But it's all good. I've never been disappointed at Fat Choy. The place I like to take out of town friends and family for a great, inexpensive dining experience off the Strip.
