  • I waited 3 months for an apt, and once in office waited an hour and a half after my apt time before I was called. The Doctor had no idea why I was there. I advised him I was there to get my MRI results. He didn't have them....WHAT?? The doctor prompty had the young man working call my primary and advised I would be called when they received. Two weeks later.....nothing... when I contacted the office,the beyond rude office manager Dawn told me I received my MRI and bloodwork results during my appt. WRONG!! check your facts. still no results apt was on the 1st, today is the 15th.. sure hope its nothing terminal. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! Dr is very nice , staff COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!
