Their work is fine but customer service needs some work. I took my ipad in and it was repaired in short order. When I picked it up the young man at the counter laid down the invoice. Clearly written on the invoice was " if the customer asks about a discount tell him $60." The bill was $80. If they were willing to discount 25% off the bill, was I over charged to begin with? Since the note was placed clearly in my view, when I brought it to the clerks attention, should he have offered to charge what was written on the invoice? I definitely will ask about a discount next time. Think I will get it?
