I have a very hard time believing this place has been recognized as one of the best places in the city, much less the country. The service was awful - I stood at the door and was completely ignored. When I finally stormed over to the server who was watching tv, I got a water that tasted like it had been scooped out of the toliet. I got a small bowl of pho with brisket. It came out very fast but the meat tasted....odd, the noodles weren't cooked through and the broth was mediocre. Go to Pho Kim Long II - it's cheaper and way better.
