| - The store is spacious, the employees are friendly, and I've never walked out empty-handed. The pricing is consistent (i.e. all sweaters are $8), unlike Value Village where you'll find a $13 Forever 21 sweater and a $5 designer one. And the weekly tag sales are where it's at. The only complaint is that they typically only have one or two cashiers (but 10 other employees on the sales floor) on busy days when there are many people in line, so the checkout process can take forever. And for some reason they sometimes price Banana, Express, etc. at $20+ and stick them on the 'designer' rack, which is just silly when the Michael Kors and Tory Burch are on the regular racks for $6-$8.
Also, this is not specific to this location, but I'm not a fan of the Goodwill stamp card program. You only get a stamp for purchases over $25, which means you earn nothing if you spend $10-20 several times per week. I would love to see this become cumulative - i.e. you get a point for every $1 spend, and a discount when you've accumulated a certain number of points.
