  • I drove over an hour here last night to meet up with my cousin who was already inside celebrating her birthday. When I got to the door, the bouncer refused to even look at my ID. (I'm 29) When I asked to speak to the manager, his response was, "I am the manager." Extremely disappointed with the rude service/staff, and the waste of a drive to come to your establishment. Customer service skills are essential in the real world and I think they need to be reviewed with your bouncing staff. Thank you.
