  • The store closes at eight, yet when I arrived at 7:56, the doors were locked and I was not allowed in... I called from my cell phone and they picked up only to hang up without speaking. Considering I am rarely on that side of town and drove from Summerlin, it was quite aggravating and exponentially rude!! I will never spend my money at a beauty supply warehouse store moving forward. Their customer service is deplorable and as a paying repeat customer, my expectations need to be met! **** Very inconsiderate!!! ***customer service not good!
