  • I came to this place without an appointment and was told they would get me in at 1:00 pm. I arrived around 10 a.m. The receptionist said they'll be with me "shortly," which led me to believe that they'd get me in sooner. They made me drink 30 oz of water because I was required to have a full bladder prior to the procedure. I waited 3 hours with a very full bladder about to explode. Then they told me my appointment was at 1:15 p.m. Staff was not helpful. It was a very frustrating and extemely disappointing experience. I am never coming back to this hell hole.
