  • Horrible hotel. Do not waste your money. Even though it says it has a free shuttle to airport you need to book it 2 hours ahead of time and be prepared to wait for it. Room smelled horribly like carpet deodorizer. Small bathroom, no hair dryer. Never cleaned our room after our first night. Worst part was front desk staff. Called me saying they had numerous complaints of banging coming from my room. When I told him he was mistaken ( my son and I were sitting on our beds on our computers) he started yelling at me and told me it was us causing the banging. I ended up having to hang up on him in the middle of his tirade. What has happened to courteous hotel staff?? Don't stay here. Not worth even the cheaper rate
