  • I ordered the Fusion Tostada because it was what was featured in the TV program, and I also got the beef taco on lettuce wrap, thinking the fusion tostada would not be enough. The fusion tostada was a whole lot of food, and it tasted so much better than I anticipated. A truly amazing fusion of tastes from many cultures. The beef taco on lettuce was a wonderful discovery. I thought it could have been the one featured on the show. Each of the dishes can be a meal by itself for lightweight eaters.
