One of the best fine dinning experiences I've had. Everything from the dim lighting to the friendly staff and the incredible food came together for a once-in-a-lifetime meal. We sat next to the window, so we got a great view of the Bellagio fountain. I'm still dreaming of the Black Tagliolini. Order it! It's the perfect balance of salty sea, cream, and butter. It was well balanced, not overly sauced and the tobiko added a nice texture. They are famous for the Spaghetti and it didn't disappoint. The noodles were al dente and the sauce was complex. You could taste the time and care that was put into it. The Amedei Chocolate Cake was a surprise hit. There was a rich chocolate ganache inside and a coco powder dusting outside, which went perfectly with the almond gelato. It reminded me of a well-made truffle. The next time I'm in Vegas I will make sure to visit Scarpetta again.
