  • Can you go lower than a one, unfortunately not. Haven't purchased tires here but if their battery quality and customer service are any indication, you're probably better off buying retreads. So I know, we live in Vegas, batteries don't last long, but a lil over a year? Cmon man! Bad enough if it was just one but oh no, 3 in a 2 yr period. Bad enough right, but the final straw was the battery that was boiling and spewing acid. Sounds like a real safety concern to me but when you try and talk to Danielle from corporate, her high level of education, which for some reason she kept bringing up, didn't allow her to grasp how acid is bad. Customer service seems to be a thing for uneducated folks to deal with, not for Ms Danielle to have to lower herself to. Her rude and demeaning way of talking to customers led us to purchase a battery from AAA. Talk about customer service. Maybe Danielle should go to auto repair school and learn some manners.
