  • Epitome of unprofessional. We had gone through all but the final stages of refinancing our home in California using People's Mortgage. When it came to receiving the final summary, Paul Gallegos decided to fall of the face of the planet. HE wouldn't return numerous calls to his cell phone. We Contacted the company directly who said they would have him reach out to us. He never did. After dozens of phone calls to our main POC as well as the office we are moving forward with another company.
