Jose Andres is known for serving small plates/tapas. We were lucky enough to dine here for dinner and had a feast of sorts. The restaurant is located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel.
First off, their version of a Spanish margarita is absolutely delicious and fresh with a perfect amount of chili spice. We had a plethera of different plates consisting of pork, chicken, rabbit, veggies, and seafood in many different preparations. Everything was very good and thoughtfully prepared. They are known for their paella and have a station in the middle of the restaurant where you can watch its preparation. The rice was more on the dry side, which I prefer, and it was very tasty. But I'm not sure if it was that special.
Service was very attentive for our large group and spot on. I would not hesitate to go back. Just be prepared to spend money for some really good food and drinks.
