  • I bought a value coupon for this place. I had scheduled the appointment 3 weeks in advance. The appointment came and went with no one showing up or contacting me at all. I called several times for information with no call backs at all. This place is a waste of money and totally unprofessional with their customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to a place that you can rely on. Even if they did call back at this point to offer the service for free, i would not accept or want it. I will make sure to tell everyone that mentions them how they treated a customer.
