  • This place is fun but disgustingly dirty. I understand that there are a lot of kids and it's hard to keep clean but I think they need more staff and more cleaning staff. In the 3 hours that I was there, I didn't see a single person tidying up or cleaning up. This place is disgusting. Just look at all the dust on top of the Koala Care change table in the family bathroom. This place also doesn't have enough bathrooms. My kids enjoyed it but I probably won't want to come back to this place.
