  • We scheduled our move over a month in advance. They emailed us today, 5 days before the move to cancel. No explanation was given. I called in and was told that the franchise was turned over and they are not set up to do a move yet. With only 5 days notice I now have to find a new set of movers because of this horrible company. Go elsewhere. They did nothing to compensate us at all. Seriously go elsewhere.
