  • Honestly, it takes a lot to make a repeat customer of me. If I am not blown away by service, I will look elsewhere. After all, I work hard for my money. Terry's has without a doubt the best customer service of any car center I've been too. They bend over backwards to accommodate my time and scheduling needs, and they really take the time to explain what's going on with my car. In fact, I know next to nothing about cars and they take the time to explain it to me in terms that I can understand. Overall, an excellent value for quality service by friendly staff. Highly, highly recommend!
