  • We choose one stadium a year to visit and we usually take 7 to 13 family and friends along for a weekend vacation. This year we chose Chase Field. I think your stadium was one of the nicer stadiums we have been to but unfortunately it is the most disappointing one thus far. We bought 15 tickets with $5 to use at your concession stands. A handful of us were not given the full credit or were questioned when using these "coupons." By the third inning certain food items were already sold out like your corn dogs. Even when asking for a cup of ice was challenging. Your staff in the concession stands and usher staff were very rude and unprofessional. Your ushers allowed one fan to be disrespectful as he shouted " Go back to Mexico, Donald trump doesn't like you anyways!" When we cheered for our team in unison with other fans this shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh came out over the speaker system system which was unprofessional and classless to silence our cheering for our team. I've never witnessed that at any other ballpark and was very childish. The distraction that Arizona fans used with their personal cell phones flashlight app was unprofessional when our pitcher was trying to pitch. Those are just a few of the things that went on and I personally will never attend a game at your ballpark ever again and I will tell as many people as I can because I do not want them to be treated like we were treated. Please feel free to pass this to upper management as I will copy and paste this to yelp and to your front office email address.
