  • Finally, a place that recognises that, while it is only mid-August, I am in desperate need of a pumpkin spice latte. Starbucks just lost my business in favour of year-round pumpkin spiciness. I adore this place! My drink was perfectly hot, strong, and fashioned with ~love~. The atmosphere was so cozy, and I can't wait to come back and spend hours nestled in those nice, comfy armchairs. For a Sunday afternoon, it was relatively quiet. But the people who were there stayed for a long while, which is the mark of any good coffeehouse. They have a selection of interesting books and fun games, and I imagine this would be a killer spot to spend a nice, relaxing evening with friends. One star taken off for a less than stellar baked goods assortment. Give me a cookie the size of my face or a chocolate chip muffin and I'll love you forever. But until then, I'll keep coming back for those pumpkin spice lattes and cozy armchairs.
