My mom bought me a Premium Cleaning for Christmas and I was super excited. I had already been using another company for several months but they had changed my appointment day and time multiple times with less than 24 hours notice which had become quite irritating. My mom said she read great reviews about Sparkly so I was looking forward to trying something new.
The customer service over email was extremely easy and friendly.
A two person team arrived in the window I was given and they immediately got to work. I went to go work at a local coffee shop and asked them to text me when there was about 15 minutes left. They text me about 2 hours later and when I got back things looked and smelled great.
I have had cleanings where it looks great at first but then....upon closer inspection you realize you were wrong. This was not the case. Even my shelves with glassware on them were dusted.
This is a bit trivial, but when I tipped them upon leaving they acted genuinely grateful which I really appreciated. I realize it is sort of expected at this point, so it felt great to be recognized with gratitude.
I booked my next appointment that day when the staff (Vanessa) reached out to check how everything went. I'm hooked.
