  • After a terrible lunch at Brio we arrived at La Casa to enjoy the music and atmosphere. When we walked in everything was perfect. Great volume on music and a comfy setting with cool but not cold circulation. We ordered drinks which I didn't find expensive as others have stated and my friend bought a cigar which he was enjoying and then all of a sudden the music was turned down to the lowest volume and not audible and the air was turned off or down also. I asked the person who seemed in charge what had happened to the music since we were in what was suppose to be a music venue. It seems someone complained it was too loud and too cold so off everything went. REALLY ??? If every customer is allowed to decide how things will be controlled then their is no control. The drinks were good, the cigar was good but we weren't in someones living room we were in a public establishment. I'm not sure if we will go back.
