  • After posting the negative review, I was immediately contacted by George Street to address all the issues stated. They had excellent service recovery, including regular check-ins, explanation of the photo editing policy, and steps we could take to resolve these. The photographers we worked with at George Street were top notch--engaged, friendly, and attentive to all our needs the day of the wedding. I would recommend discussing photo editing upfront with George Street to ensure alignment of expectations. Based on their constant follow-up and the final photographs we received, I would recommend using their services. Thank you, George Street, for turning this experience into a positive one.
