  • Absolutely awful. This company is horrible. Terrible customer service, from the person who takes your order to the email and telephone support that is often required after the order has been placed. We have ordered many times from them and have just come to accept that you have to do a lot in order to save the money that they say you'll save. The people who take your order simply don't know much about the companies you are ordering from. They will be of little to no help. You are the one who has to do all of the research and provide all the details to the staff member. This is extremely time consuming. Also, staff members don't always have access to the most recent price lists, so even though you get charged one price when they take your order, don't be surprised if a couple of months later they come back to you saying that you owe them a few hundred dollars more. This has happened to us on multiple occasions. Also, don't forget, this company just declared bankruptcy. I'm not kidding, just do a search on the internet. Anyways, we're letting our membership lapse. Not worth the aggravation, poor customer service, and uninformed staff.
