  • At first the office was great. anna was great to talk to, very understanding and knowledgeable. She's no longer at the office and now it lacks communication to its patients, Dr Bui included. I've had to go back several times just for them to replace a crown because they don't do it in-house and each time it was a 20 min check. Finally the 2nd to last visit, I expressed that I've had enough. They asked me to come in at 3pm and asking to get off from work early thinking it was going to be the final time but no. One more time. Then the girl behind the desk had the nerve to give me an attitude because they were asking me to come again and I'm not happy with taking time off work to come in and for them to see me only 20 mins and do nothing but take x-rays. Finally Dr B stepped in and apologized and said my next appointment should be the final one. You're damn right. I'll never come back here again. Find yourself an office that does crowns, is open on Friday or even better, Saturdays and is experienced to do root canals. And better communicating staff. It goes a long way.
