  • I am Sri Yenamala. I go to the Scottsdale LaserAway. I have contacted LaserAway corporate 3 times now, and NO ONE has gotten back to even though they say they'love get back to you in 24 hrs. Secondly, the staff at the Scottsdale location are not at all accommodating. I have been calling them and talking to them for MONTHS on how I have not responded well to the laser hair removal and how I was moving to Peoria, IL where there is no LaserAway. I asked if there was any way I could get a partial refund like the payment company said to ask, but all they say is to talk to this one manager (will not name names) who did not give one damn about how I was going to lose thousands of dollars in treatments. If someone could get back to me I wouldn't be so upset, but no one cares AT ALL. I even referred a friend to LaserAway which I regret because of its terrible service. UPDATE: An employee from corporate has emailed me. So once everything is finalized I will update this review even more. Corporate did get back to me quickly once they saw this, so that was appreciated.
