Joined this gym in June and wasn't there much in the summer and fall because I was backpacking in Mexico and Africa. Last week I came in during the morning and the two real power racks were occupied, but one of the people lifting was occupying two pieces of equipment. I asked if he was done, he said no. I said I'm not waiting for him to finish, as that is common gym etiquette for people who know what they are doing. The man in question became very aggressive and called me a dickhead. When I reported it to the Operations Manager Leticia, she did nothing about it. I canceled my membership and since I had been billed just a couple days before, I asked her to refund that months. She said she had, but she lied outright, the cancellation email shows a membership to Feb 2018. Avoid!!! I had to send an email to the CEO today.
