rev:text	One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in my life, for certain. My girlfriend and I got here around 1:30 PM on a Saturday. They were moderately busy and there were about 6 people in front of us in line. About 20 minutes later we get up to the front and the cashier promptly starts doing other stuff instead of taking our order. We order and go to find a place to sit. There are signs clearly posted all over the restaurant stating that people should not sit down until they have ordered -- basically don't reserve a seat while you are working through the line. We look around and notice people who have reserved a table even though they haven't ordered (notably a husband and wife). We inform an employee and they did nothing to get the lady to move. Instead we waited for someone to clean off another table and took it. Now we wait... and wait... and wait. After 30 minutes I go up and ask about our order in case they forgot and they say it's coming soon and they only work on one order at a time, as if my asking them about my order after half an hour was some huge imposition! We did not have a large order -- just rice and chicken teriyaki. After another 5 or so minutes our order comes out and they left out one of the orders of rice. The server did not apologize, but instead ran off to get a copy of the receipt to show us what we ordered and asked if we would like to make another order for rice. No, hell no, screw you. I'm not waiting another 30 minutes for a bowl of rice. I was so upset by this point that I returned my food for a refund. Almost an hour after I entered the restaurant, I left without any food. I will never, ever, ever come back here again. What a disgusting level of service...
